There is a very Ralph Lauren'esque' feeling to this space with its fresh white bedding honey-colored wood. The light tone of the furniture contrasts beautifully with the dark wood floor. Even the brown leather handbag on the hook and the crisp white shirt hanging in the wardrobe work as part of the design.
This master bedroom design has a mix of modern and traditional elements. The floor, walls and bedding have been done in neutral colors, while dramatic color has been used for drapes and accents. The bed and loveseat have traditional lines, yet the night tables and occassional table are in a more contemporary style.
The retro-inspired round bed is quite literally center stage in this fun bedroom design. A shaggy throw and area rug along with orange, brown and red pillows complete the groovy look. Barely there, clear tables provide a place for bedside lamps without competing for attention.
Calming blues and tans create a peaceful atmosphere in this master bedroom design. The coolness is tempered by the warm wood of the bed and night table. A separate seating area adds extra function to the space making it more than just a place to sleep.
